Orders Through this Web Site
When you have chosen your products, fill out the relevant order form provided. All information that you provide though our web site is completely confidential and is not passed onto any third parties.

All order forms are hosted on a secure server. Once the order form is complete press the "PROCESS ORDER" button at the bottom of the order form. At this stage you will be presented with a page from Worldpay. On this page you will see confirmation of the price plus a form where you can enter your credit card details. You will receive two confirmation e-mails, one from Worldpay confirming your payment and the other from Classic Motorcycles confirming your order. When you receive your credit card statement it will show that your account has been debited by Red Lizard Europe Ltd. This is the company we use for our online secure banking.

Delivery Times
Your order will be despatched to you within 48 provided the item is in stock. However please allow upto 10 working days for delivery. Orders within the UK are sent via the Royal Mail and framed prints via Royal Mail Parcel Post including insurance. Overseas/International orders are sent by Airmail.

Packing
Prints are sent in a strong card postal tub with plastic end blocks. T-shirts are carefully folded and placed in a clear plastic bag and packed in an extra strong jiffy bag lined with bubble wrap. Framed prints require extra packing. They are packed in bubble wrap then placed into a specially designed, shock absorbing rigid polystyrene case, then wrapped and sealed ready for despatching.

Ordering over the Phone
Ordering on the phone requires you to first of all make a note of the products you require and any relevant code numbers. You will need your credit card. UK customers dial: 01924 272512. Overseas/International customers will have to dial: 00 44 1924 272512. The phones are manned normal office hours, between 9.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

The Currency Converter
All one-line orders go through Worldpay system and all foreign currency is automatically converted on line. When you receive your credit card statement it will show, for example, pounds to dollars and the amount you have been charged in dollars or any other currency that may apply to your country.
